Rand McNally TND 740 "GPS not responding"

I've tried everything. My 740 needs to run the gps repair everytime you shut it off. And or the zip code function stops working every couple weeks... RM has been no help.

 

Is it less than a year old?

 

You Need delete navifile...in file manager then go to setting/storage/ and delete al files in Misc./ reset or turn off and turn on...finally update in with rand mc nally launcher....download everything....its more than 4 gigabytes... like brand new..

They are all garbage. Im in the same situation. Take a look at the free sygic app. Its a truck gps app. Im testing it since my new rand died. So far so good. Its like google but for trucks. Not a rand but its ok.

 

The TND 740 is JUNK!
Take it back and get a Garmin.
