    Then they can evolve their 5th amendment right to the unemployment line, it would take care of some of the capacity problems also

    Agreed. Alcoholics should be removed. No more having a beer with dinner on their 10. Too many drunks out there.

    FMCSA changed their minds about the Saliva Tests for drugs. Maybe in the future, but not a legal test now.

    That's dumb, let's not have a way to test for the here and now, this is why the fmcsa is a constant failure, I can't think of one thing in the 25+ years that I have been driving that they have done that has made sense or I agree with.
