I’ve never understood why anyone would need a refresher course on truck driving. Why not just go around to companies close to you and talk to them.A refresher course seems to me a giant waste of time and going to a starter company and getting less money doesn’t make sense.

I'm having a hard time believing this, could be photoshopped, a refresher course involves a qualified trainer, if not you just showed a company not to drive for yet posters are telling me to apply there. Just like Chinatown with Schneider, having a hard time believing that, I could be wrong, if I am, I am.

The Schneider and Abilene photos were just a joke.
The Schneider photo was after a tornado hit a terminal yard.

That's correct; it's an insurance requirement and some trucking company insurance companies won't even accept that. Fortunately, several trucking companies do accept refresher.

I worked there for 10 years, trained for 5 years. Photoshopped? Not hardly. I have a boatload of pictures showing various stages of accumulated trucks in a pile. Abilene use to be a great company. After Knight/Swift Holdings bought them in 2018, they’ve gone down the toilet. I trained quite a few drivers, many are here on TTR working for other companies. They use to do refresher training, now I don’t know for sure.
