What I mean by rescind is force you to get a non CDL license.

The HAZMAT test will not be waived. You have to take the test over and pass in order to bring that endorsement with you. When I transferred from TX to FL they made me take it again two weeks after I passed the test. Simply because Hazmat is different from state to state. When I took the test it was the same exact questions. I finished it in like 10 min.

Your cdl will be downgraded to a regular license if you do not get a new medical card or self certify as being in an excepted category.

Texas may be expensive to transfer cdl to, but Texas had No state income tax. BIG SAVINGS
