Ok, let me rephrase that. It is your responsibility to maintain the leased vehicle in accordance to D.O.T regulations. You are held responsible for for any damages incurred while you are signed to a contract to said vehicle. If any damage was incurred while leasing said vehicle by another party, and you cannot get reparations from other party, then the financial obligation reverts back to the lessee. During the course of the lease term, lessee is required by the lessor to put aside funds on a regular basis via a maintenance escrow account. Aforementioned escrow account funds are to only be used, at the discretion of lessor, for the purpose of maintaining leased vehicle, while under agreed upon lease term, in a complaint manner set forth by D.O.T and FMCSA.

    How's that? Lmao :)

I don't know...I was going across 70 and I went under an overpass and all of a sudden my glass shattered...it scared the #### out of me...it was about 2 a.m. ....I wasn't about to stop ...but anyway I got to oak grove 70 and the next morning I was watching TV and it was on the news that someone was standing on overpasses shooting at vehicles as they went by...

    Holy ****!!

Sounds like a legit repair to me! Take a copy of the news story into the shop. Bet that punk shooter wouldnt think it was so funny if you pulled over, got out, and started shooting back.

Delivered in Winchester, VA yesterday and loaded my next load going to Harrisonville, MO a day early. Got my next load after that to pick up Friday in Rogers, AR and then drop at the Sapulpa yard Friday evening. Then I'm getting my FlowBelow system installed. Yeah!
Then I'll get my load to Florida and start my vacation. I love it when a plan comes together. Lol
