So can you guys tell me what the best days to take off are and how long to stay at home. Im sure its pretty difficult to set exact days since going home is in the hands of our dispatchers.

Theres no right or wrong answers to your question. Just head home when you're getting sick of your truck.

When I was leasing I typically took a week off at a time. I'd hold a trippak to turn in during that week so I wouldnt go negative for the week.

Yep. Its all up to you when and for how long. I typically stay out for 2-3 months and take a week off.

Up to you. In January 2014 I took the whole month off. Usually I take 5-10 days off at a time. I've only had one time where I didn't get home when I was suppose to. A technical glitch, they said....humm.

Best to plan to be in one or two days before you really need to be there.
