I got my history on the truck from KW and all they did was argue about the current issues they could not fix that were related to the previous driver and then told me its best to go our separate ways. I feel your pain.

Got to the hotel, waiting for a room. Saw plenty of jct trucks on the 40. Have all of my orientation videos done and the new hire packet filled out. Anyone else here starting tomorrow morning?

If you haven't been advised already, go over the truck with a fine tooth comb. Don't make a stink about repairs unless it affects performance, but be sure everything is documented to CYA.

I tried turning my tripac a/c on but when the condenser kicked on at the back of the sleeper it was very loud almost like howling type sound, very loud. Any ideas of what the problem could be?

Looks like I found the problem, the condenser fan is crooked and hitting the protecter. Looks like it will need to be replaced. Hopefully wont have to pay since only had truck 5 days and 1st time using the apu air conditioner.

Got to Smith's here in Layton and there is a sign that says do not enter more than 15min prior to your appointment. So had to go to the end of the street and turn around in a gas station and now parked waiting til it is time to pull in.

General question to everyone.......When ever you do the macro when you arrive to a shipper or receiver and it ask you estimated time to load/unload....what do you put? I ask because some places take forever and some places are really quick.
