KLLM fuel surcharge is a little higher because they only pay fuel surcharge for loaded miles.

I left KLLM for my own reasons, and not going into details over it, and I am not going to bash the company either; but I would never go back to KLLM. I should have left there moment they bought out FFE.

I can certainly understand being unhappy with not getting home at the time you've put in for. Although I've only been home once since I've been at JCT (and they did get me home on time), my next time off is for next week. So we'll see if I make it there on the days I requested. If it becomes commonplace for JCT to not get me there on time, then I'd definitely speak to them about it. Delivery times, and hometime are a lot alike...you want your product delivered on time? I want to be home on time. Simple concept.

As far as pay, fuel surcharge, miles, trips....all good for me with no complaints.

Anyhoo...sorry it hasn't worked out for you. Best of luck in the future.

I was just happier at KLLM ... I made it home on time there.. And I have been home twice with JCT and both were 4 or more days late.. I got home time coming up the 26th and I have to be there because we booked a cabin in the mountains months ago... So I am hoping that they get me home in time this go around.

Bama- What was the difference in truck payments???? Were the trucks similar in Age/Mileage??? What was your weekly mileage average at KLLM??? Sounds like frustration over hometime is the major issue... If it was me i would get down into the southeast region n tell them you need to stay there for awhile... Run some relays or swaps

Sitting at the Petro in El Paso, out of hours on my 70. Only pick up 6 hrs tomorrow but get 11 hrs back on Tuesday. Got delivery in Dallas Tuesday morning. Filled up in NM and my fuel mileage went up to a whopping 6.19, guess better than 5.77 like before.

LoL I was at 7.4 mpg til I came down US 54 last night it looked like a snow storm from the north except it was nothing but dust. After dealing with all that wind I dropped down to 6.9 mpg. Stopped at Love's there at 54/40 and the wind tried to rip my door from the hinges.

What does over idle and over speed refer to? Does the computer have a certain parameter in it that is a common setting?

At KLLM my truck payment was $400.73 for 5 years... It was a 2012 cascadia I got it in June 2012.... This truck is 2014 and it's .23 per mile... Plus the $120 per week... I am running more miles here but I was bringing home more there... I would get an average of 2750 there and I am averaging 2900 here but pay checks are about $200-$300 different and I get better fuel mileage in this truck
