I was looking at that too. My S/N falls in the earliest listed test specs (302 and 380). My valve cover sticker indicates 375hp. Not sure why its different.

I'd probably have to get the mods to delete this thread if that stuff started moving over here from "that other thread"

The expanded test spec for the 380 shows ceiling at 391, floor at 368. Might just label it a rating in the middle. Screenshot_20180825-220249_Chrome.jpg

1,3XX ft-lbs. Looks like I can pump another 200 ft-lbs out before I need to worry about the transmission. Hopefully the 1710 series driveline holds up to that.

That little unit oughta be pretty sporty with close to 400hp a 15 and a single drive axle. Didn't you say 3.70 gears?

I hope so. 3.73 rear in it now. Might be a bit more economical than the factory 5.29's lol.

So I'm gonna need to run air and wiring down my frame. Any ideas on the best way to tie it all up to the frame nice and neat? Thinking of welding a long stud to the inside of the rail every 12-18" to clamp the bundle to.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

I used to install all our wiring in vapourproof conduit on our powder trucks. It’s neat and effective.

Id go with welding studs and p clamps or zip tie mounts. I like zip ties for easy of servicing. Anytime you need to unbolt a p clamp it seems the rusted up stud breaks.
Grote makes these nice zip tie mounts. They use em at the factory on new trucks.
