no them there is company which is specialised in build parts for old scanias for restauratons it consist scania and vabis in its name but no remember of real name they produce different bodywork parts for cabs such sheets and pillars i think i will find link tonight ,.....
www.leobol.nl Would this be the website you are looking for per chance? He does complete cabs for F88/89 volvos and 0/1 series Scanias. I think a reconditioned cab is around 12,000/15,000 euros with your old cab back.
labor in west europe is too expensive and this project with cab require lot of hours of work maybe better idea would to bring cab somewhere in east
A good idea alright...there's a ready made market in Western Europe for brand new/reconditioned 0/1 series Scania cabs and F88/89 Volvo cabs. There are a few coming from Australia New Zealand to both the UK and Ireland for the 5,000 euros mark, but even thought they are fundamentally sound, they still require another couple of grand to bring them up to the required standard.
and need to mention about transportation costs to bring it somewhere here and send it back to its country
one friend sent it to me but look there are some letters below on image look like it is from some magazine and looks pretty old , photo montage was not so developed back in that time ....
