Sometimes you get nothing. That's what happened to me Friday. It took a free form and 4 hours.

I'm hearing more and more REALLY pissed drivers over this.

Makes me wonder how many will bail before they get the bugs worked out.

Something I've noticed. No increase in base pay for drivers. But a 2 fold increase in office staff personnel to handle a piece of software that was SUPPOSED to make our job easier, and save money.

The newest update removes the 30 mile trailer hit. And even when I get those messeges I send the trailer plate info give them 15 min then I leave

Work slow would be a better description for sure.

Unless I keep the same trailer all the time. I can count on losing 1-5 hours every time.

I have found that you can clear the pick up empty trailer section. Just by hitting "done". Even if there is no trailer listed and they haven't assigned one.

Which makes sense. After all, they can not rebuild the load you are about to complete if you need a trailer and there isn't one to be had.

They have to add the new p/u location on the front of your new load.

Thing to remember: EVERY TIME they add a stop. All your ETA/NAT's reset to the original dispatch info. WAIT until you have trailer to enter this info. Otherwise you'll waste a lot of time re-entering this information.

Multiple stop loads recalculate your ETA to next stop, based on your departure. NAT isn't affected. So keep an eye on those. Or you might be late if you stop and grab a bite because you THOUGHT you had time.

    Boogers Thanks this.

Not sure of that myself. I haven't looked at my paystubs. Need to though.

But, consider this. You get to customer early. Then get tied up for 1:55, then send departure. You're inside the 2 hour window. So no pay. Even though you COULD have left hour and fifteen earlier. If the workflow had not pinned you down.

It's costing me at least 15 minutes at every stop on a multi-stop load. You can't complete the information until you know for sure the load count is correct.

Work flow has to be completed AFTER you leave some customers. They simply will not give you your paperwork until you are going out the gate. If the gate sits on edge of street. We become a target for accidents.

In some cases, it has made our job more dangerous. IMHO

Or how many new drivers looking for a company to hire on with will avoid SNI. I don't even work there and have scratched them from my list of potentials as a result of so many saying how this Work Flow is costing you lots of time.

Time is money in this business now days for sure.

It hasn't cost me any money....yet. But time is something I can never get back.

I absolutely hate turning what should be an 8 hour day, into a 14 hour day. And workflow is NOT helping me to save any time.

That local offer just keeps looking better.

I've got an offer that requires 10-14 a day 5 days a week. With overtime.

If I continue to put in 4 plus hours a day here without pay.......
