I just hit "trip planning" or "outside delay(DOT)" every time I update my NAT unless it is because a live load took to long or something like that.

    Using that one this morning.

It's 0838 now. And they be locked up tight. Guy across street says they open at 0900 for as long as he's been here.

But I'm here......on time. No doubt.

Well, got a new preassignment to pick up 120 miles south in Tacoma WA. Got there and needed a pickup # so I called up my dbl. As soon as my phone started ringing the assignment was pulled off my list. Turns out the load was canceled.

well I had to use "equip. pick in bad order" today. Picked up a loaded trailer, fueled at the Charlotte OC, and they wouldn't let me leave till they fixed the defects on it. 2 hours later I finally pull into the "express" bay.

Got to 30 miles from my drop and ran out of time. And the drop is 2 miles from my house:biggrin_2557: I hate OC's sometimes.

Don't log out of your qualcomm and keep driving. We have had drivers on our account get canned for that recently. One guy drove 5 hours past his 14 while logged out. Stupidity. Doing that and thinking you won't get caught? I thought it was common sense. But maybe they ain't teaching that in school anymore.

no, I didn't, I did the right thing and parked at the pilot 30 mins away, I will deliver the load in the morning, I don't have another on me yet, so maybe I will have a min to swing by the house.

Man oh man. Are we going to have to start giving IQ test along with the wellness physical?

Let's be real here. Did the guy(s) not realize that a truck doesn't magically appear 200 miles down the road the next morning? Somebody has to drive it. Unless it was towed.

Some of the people I meet out here.....

    I think I'm done there.

Logical thinking ---- driver A shagging multiple trailers to customer. All empty.

While drivers B,C, & D drag empties out of said customer.

    Whatever... It pays the bills
