Yea. Or you get a trlr. Go to pick up. Trlr rejected. Maintenance won't fix trlr. You're in Houston. It takes 6 hours for them to put on Workflow(pick up trlr across town). Your already late. You can't get outside the terminal until it's put on the system. Screw that.

 

So how do u do a dvir correctly on work flow

I go to hos then click in on + pre-trip then go to wf and hit inspection for tractor and trailer

Go to the active tab. Click the inspection button at the bottom. Do tractor first. You shouldn't have to enter any information on the first page unless your a Canadian driver. Then click Next Page and check any boxes that apply.
Generally you should just hit no defects. Click Next Page again, it will ask you if you want to do a trailer inspection.

Trailer inspection is mostly the same, except that you will have to input the trailer number on the first page.

 

I do that and I just got a message to call regulatory before Fri evening about dvirs
