delivered this morning at 0700, still waiting on another load.

Then I notice my paycheck is short, they didn't pay me for a load I did last week, sent a message, dbl says they are aware of it and are working on it.

Would like to get out of Kansas before the tornado's come LOL!

I was shorted this week too. Which sucks cuz it's NASCAR week here in Texas and I worked hard last week for a good check for extra spending money.

picked up the last load yesterday morning.

Got a load shortly after I posted, Topeka to Denver, then, grab and empty trailer and deadhead back to Topeka! 448 miles of dead head, wow.

I guess they don't care since this is a dedicated account, sucks tho, stopped for the night right in the path of this storm that is coming, supposed to be a doozie!

detention pay starts after you have been at the shipper/receiver for 2 hours, and it is $15 an hour for every hour after 2.

That's not really correct, but that again depends on your DBL

According to the employee handbook, detention is $15 after 2 hours, 3-6 hours is $30, 6-9 is $45, 9-12 is $60, 12+ is $75. That's according to the pay manual, your DBL might give you more. Mine doesn't, but my old one gave $75 after 6 hours. $75 is the maximum regardless of how long you have to wait.
