I'm hoping to nail a 4 or 500 mile run outta here.

Otherwise, it's short haul with lots of detention or a really long one that can't be turned in on this pay period.

Hell, I think they allow over night parking here so I'll probably stay here. 10 hour break will be over at 0100 but I'm sure as hell not getting up that early. I'll set my NAT to 0300 and see if support shift can get me an early morning load out of here before traffic gets too bad.

LOL, you might want to call them now about a load. It probably won't do any good, but at least maybe they'll get to work on it in time for 300

Screw it, I'm taking advantage of my 1 month free of netflix and setting my NAT to 0800, I'm not an early morning person and by then morning traffic will die down. I absolutely hate getting up earlier 0600 but have no problem with driving past midnight...

Umm, whats the deal on being too hot? Thats one thing I will not tolerate. I can take the cold, cant handle being hot. Whats the company policy on idling?

If you don't care about a .02/mile bonus you can idle as much as you want. If you care about your bonus, there are different thresholds for each quarter. Winter obviously being the lowest percentage, summer 40% idle. Still in the spring quarter now so it might be 20-25%. Not sure exactly.

    RoadCall Thanks this.

I, myself, don't give a #### about that bonus anymore. Only problem is ky ac doesn't work so idling would be pointless... Havnt tried to get it fixed yet as I'm sure I'll get the same answer from the shop as when I tried to get some drive tires that are low on tread replaced, "this truck is due to be traded in so its pointless to fix it". I figured I would have traded it in by now but oh well. I don't mind the heat while I'm driving down the road with the window open :biggrin_2556:
