    2 words about Wolf Creek Pass on US-160 in CO ==== GOD ####!

    That's some gnarly stuff right there. This route has been great for sight seeing but...... #### that. Next time I'm sticking with the interstate! Screw schneider routes! 10 hours of driving, 514 miles, 51.4 mph average. And in the last 3 hours I've had 4 herds of deer run out in front of me, came very close to hitting a small doe.

    BTW... Don't know how old you are. But CW McCall has a song called Wolf Creek Pass. It's hilarious.

    It pretty much sums it up too.

    I've always preferred the scenic routes over interstates. And when you take one of those 2 lane hilly routes that is challenging, you can pat yourself on the back and brag about what you've done.

    U should do wolf creek pass in a blizzard. I had to b pulled up going east. Get to the top wrecker says I'm on my own going down.
