I am interested in the intermodal position with schneider out of kearney, nj. They say the schedules are flexible. They say you can choose mon-fri or sun-thurs for example. Any info?

weird seeing a tractor burnt to the ground still hooked to the trailer that was largely intact. I40 eb at the 137. Collected a hard brake in th eprocess. Came around a curve after moving over a lane for the state trooper with his lights on. Should have paid more attention to what was in front of me than wondering why he was going in reverse on the berm. Stand still for 1 1/2 hours then another hour to try and get 7 miles to get past it.

Guess the guy got lifeflighted out. hope he makes it. Of course this was heard on the CB so I take that with a grain of salt.

 

TN DOT really loves shutting down I-40. I think it's a daily occurrence there.

So what happened with SWIFT seems you did stay there very long ?

 

Already handed out 3 referral cards to disgruntled Prime experienced drivers. If they come over the Orange, I will see $1000 for each of them.

The ones I gave cards to were experienced drivers broke down and paying to stay in the hotel. When I told them SNI was paying for the hotel and paying break down pay for my stay, their eyes got big and they seemed interested.
You only get the referral bonus for experienced drivers.

 

You get referral bonuses for recent grads also but it is only $500 and you do not receive any of it until they successfully complete 6 months of employment, whereas with the experienced drivers, you get $500 when they are hired and $500 after their six month mark.
