Not only did I not make bonus, I got a Qualcomm message about it, lol. I honestly haven't bothered to care about making bonus yet though. Something about getting my first pay raise regardless if I make bonus really plays into my decision on whether to deal with sweating my butt off or idling. Maybe now I'll try to give a #### though. I just didn't feel like bothering my first few months out, ever, as a truck driver.

 

oh, I don't worry about trying to get it, I didn't think I would, I just drive, if I get it, I get it. I wasn't expecting it, so it was just a nice surprise.

 

Anyone on here do the 7/7 with Schneider? I did it several years ago with Roehl and liked it and was thinking of trying it with SNI. Thanks

Same here, I didn't think I even came close to it. I highly doubt I'll make the next one though, I've been idling to keep cool like crazy lately.

 

Good luck getting a raise. SNI hasn't given a raise to there expiernced in over 3 years. They only seem to give raises to newbie drivers. I also didn't a bonus and don't give a crap about.

When I was a company driver I didn't get a raise in 15 months I wonder how much the raises are

 

I was told my cpm would go up automatically at 6 months, regardless if I made bonus, so long as I didn't have any accidents. Regardless, if I'm in love my job still at that point, I think I'll probably buy my own truck outright and do my own thing. I could handle being a company driver for longer, but not without an APU or the ability to bring one of my parrots - making more money seems awfully appealing, too. Plus, I dream of having more home time.

 

Well I passed my stress test and drive test only to be told my immigration papers arnt all in place ( Im a Brit in Canada )and so I will have to apply for a PR card and can rejoin orientation when I receive it
