This makes me glad that I still have my 2006 century with 801,000 miles.

I had a 2006 Century with 850k miles on it before moving into this Cascadia. The day before I got my new truck the turbo died in the Century.

I've been here for about 4.5 hours now. They took the truck into the shop about an hour ago, going to go check in a little bit to see if there's any chance at it being available tonight for me to sleep in.

Was told to come here and ask:

    (copy paste from other thread)

[h=2]New sni driver asking about 6 month pay increase[/h]
Hi, started driving for sni in April after completing CDL school in SoCal.

I run the craptastic RR Donnelley dedicated account (DC / Chicago / Atlanta)

I can't stand delivering to post offices.

Anyways, I was wondering what kind of pay increase I should expect when I get the 6 months in, I did qualify for my first quarterly bonus if that's a factor.

I have driven just under 29k miles since 5/7/12, not sure how bad that is if at all.

    Thanks in advance

Grab a screwdriver and sink it all the way in. The washer will help hold the air in.:biggrin_25523:

They found some kind of problem with the Predictive Cruise Control. Last time I talked to them was at 1830. They told me that they were waiting for another guy to come in for the night to look at it. He wouldn't be there until 2000. Would be 2100 at the earliest for it to be complete, but no guarantees if it had other problems.

I gave up waiting there and called the hotel for a shuttle at about 1900. Going to enjoy my night relaxing in a hotel room and collect my $65 for breakdown tomorrow.

Was driving next to a Swifty yesterday on I-24 Chattanooga. My P/S door was exactly even with his tandems when passing him in the middle lane. Next thing you know, "BOOOOOOM" #### blowout, I was probably about 6 or 7 feet from it, albeit in my tractor. I seriously felt the air pressure push my truck as it felt like something hit me. Anyway, something about that stretch of road that encourages blowouts. Had one there myself a few months back. Not much places to pull over either.
