Lol, most of the Portland OC is working today (except my dbl, of course). I've called in 3 times now, was just told to just sit tight while they figure it out, I guess they still think there's empties here...

What pisses me off the most is that I was sitting next to 5 empties in Fontana, called in to get one assigned but I was told I had to drive back here because Walmart was going to release an empty to me because they had too many.... I checked every trailer here and there all loaded.... The only empty shipping clerk said they had, was pulled out when I pulled in.

Lol, probably. By the time they get back to me I could probably bobtail back to Fontana and find an empty. So much for ending the week well.

FYI new pumpkin pads suck. I prefer the old ones

I just use a regular note pad now. The new pumpkin pads are worthless. The load numbers have like 12 digits but they only give you space for 4 digits on the pads.

I don't know if its support shift that's doing it or the other dbls over in Portland (some were working today), they just seem to be stupid as #### or just plain clueless. First the whole empty trailer dilemma (2 hour delay), then I had a Walmart load that went to the Walmart DC in Apple Valley CA but never had a drop# assigned to my load (45 minute delay), Had a pick up empty task at my last drop but no drop empty task at the Fontana OC where I'm picking up a relayed load that goes to Tracy CA but I have no trailer # to grab.....

The load doesn't deliver until 0600 on the 10th, if I didn't waste through my 14 on all of these ###### up dispatches today I could have made it up to the French Camp OC tonight and taken a 34 hour reset before my delivery. I'm not a happy camper today!

This doesn't make sense either.... I'm supposed to pick up a relay and take it up to Tracy CA for a 0600 live unload tomorrow morning. The load was ready at 1700 yesterday, it hasn't even been picked up yet... Why the hell am I sitting so #### long to pick up a relay that hasn't even been picked up yet, that I will most likely have to drive all night tonight to deliver.
