    While doing the drive test they will want you to double clutch. I guess schneider has a policy on double clutching but as soon as your in your own truck you can float as much as you want. Make sure to do morrow checks every 8-10 seconds, while backing make sure to get out and look at least once even if you know you don't need to, also stay buckled up while backing. Did an annual test a week ago and the osr didn't really like that I didn't get out and look and that I unbuckled while backing, even though I put it in perfectly in one shot.

    During orientation you'll go over everything that's required on the tests and also practice. Your experienced so you shouldn't have any problems getting through it all.

    At least for company drivers they have to. Company policy is to weigh all loads over 30,000 (Handbook page 449). If they company requires you to do something they have to pay for it.

    Well recruiter called again to tell me my backgrounds and histories all came back good an im set up for my orientation...i go tomorrow to the terminal/oc in wintersville that ill be out of...i think thats what there called anyways...my dbl called and had an interview with me and seems like a nice guy...i dont know if it was a interview but just bs'd with me and wants me to come up to wintersville...ill be sure to keep yall updated as what happens tomorrow...
