Our new ASM got on to us for overspeeding too much. So we've done like he has asked us so he can look good for his boss. Only problem is, loads are not getting done in time. Our old ASM didn't make a big deal about it. And we got loads done.

I'm doing 61 because my foot was always tired while doing 65 lol! Plus I'm attempting to start the new quarter off right. Possibly getting bonus pay.

I think the highest Overspeed percentage I've ever had was like 2-3%. I don't do it very often. I save that extra 3-4mph for the times when it will make a difference. A good example was last Friday heading home for Christmas, I had to do 65 from Green Bay to Sturtevant to make it, I left with just enough time on my clock to get there. I wound up running out of time on the off ramp from I94 onto Hwy20. Had to log starting my post trip there to drive the last mile to the yard. Had I been going 60 I would've had to stop at the truck stops about 10 miles earlier and waited until the morning to go home.

Until I got this wonderful 'predictive cruise control' which cuts the fuel when I'm headed "downhill" in central IL my overspeed was between. 2 and. 5% a quarter. I prefer setting yhe cruise and rolling. When I did the math I figured tje bouns was going to be worth more than the extra couple of miles. Especially when you figure raises into the equation. Now I sit about 2%.

I had 40% in the beginnig of the quarter after flooring it for about a week on the east side of the country. Since then I've been sticking to the cruise and should be down low enough to qualify for the bonus by now.

I had a hard time with the ETA to final delivery accuracy. I was always on time for delivery, but I was changing the ETAs too much. I didn't know that it cost against you if you change the time too much. My DBL told me not too long ago.

30 minutes to get through security, 10 minutes to drop a loaded trailer, and then over an hour to get back out through security. General Mills in Stockton CA is a joke!

One thing I dont understand, about this 2% OOR miles. It says planned miles. Does this mean the routed miles on navigo or the paid miles from the trip plan?

If its the paid plan miles then my account makes it impossible to meet this metric. I average 40 miles unpaid but navigo routed miles per DAY!!! In town? Forget about it. Once drove 68 miles intown unpaid.
