well temps are at 0 degrees, truck is idling.......so I guess my old 2005 century does have it installed. At first the truck warmed up and I put the cruise on and flicked the switch up, and the trucks idle went up, after 5-6 minutes the engine check light went on. I turned off the cruise, turned it back on and flick the switch back up....and the truck stayed idling since. I was going to sleep with just the bunk heater but knowing cold starts and winter, this truck is going to eat up every ounce of energy from those batteries.....so better safe and idling, rather than dead and stranded.

You probably have to wait till the temp hits 10. That's what I find to work on my truck.

Layer your cloths cover your toes and stop at cabelas and buy a Arctic sleeping bag. This company doesn't give a rats ###. If you run the bunk heater in high expect 6 hours of battery life before you have to get up charge.
