Hmmmm. Box planners are now smoking crack. These idiots need to be escorted to the door, and the second shift worthless excuses should be booted as well...

... "I will update the box planners you are waiting..."

I sent in the message a half an hour ago. I was told earlier this week to wait half an hour before calling for "support"... I waited and am now asking for support. She says to wait another half an hour and if nothing, call back...

Yeah right so you won't get me calling you again... These second and third shift rejects must be the pride of Green Bay!

I still "bleed Orange", but some days it hurts more than others!

Basically, you go through the whole process like you're a new employee. Pre-employment screening process, Orientation, out with a TE, etc etc. I don't have a problem with it, it's just kind of stupid that I had to spend an entire day in a trip planning course when I've been a van driver for 2 years. Regardless, I don't think they make it "harder", other than the fact that bulk is much harder so yeah, you would think they'd make it harder since it is harder.

    48Packard Thanks this.

And they look at your performance record to much over speed they'll make you get it down. Log issues eta etc and then the process of your dbl some hate to let a driver go especially if your making him money

How is bulk doing right now? Talked to a guy at the pilot and he said they are super busy.I'll be over there as soon as they release me from Walmart, which I'm sure I'll be one of the last drivers out.

I sat Monday long enough for a reset except they threw in a 2 mile relay that busted that up. By the time I got a load I could of had a fresh clock. Now I sat all day today making no money again. The kicker is I'm suppose to be home tonight.

Now I have a load I can't get until Saturday at 1400 and it delivers (220 miles) Sunday at 1300 3hr live unload LMFAO. I'm calling in tomorrow morning if this don't turn into a relay I'm telling them I'm bringing it anyway and they can have the truck as well. That will be $61.00 earned in three days and two days late for getting home. After I eat for three days and drinks and stuff ill be in the hole or maybe break even. LOL

Today marked the 6th day since I quit smoking cold turkey. Not an easy thing to do considering I've been smoking 2-3 packs per day since I started driving. Almost a week down and the cravings still are coming on like a #####.

The physical addiction is basically beaten at this point, now the only thing left is the mental side. The physical withdrawal is the worst as long as your mind doesn't trick you. The cravings will keep coming but as time goes on they'll be less and less. Hell, I've quit for 2 1/2 years now and i still get the rare craving at the most random times. The thing is though the cravings will start to subside fairly rapidly, and if they don't, its just a mind ####. After 7 days the cravings should begin subsiding at least slightly.
