Every lumper service I've dealt with, Save-mart, Win-Co, P&G, MBM, all have been fast. It was processing the paper work and getting them paid that took longest.

Waiting on my ride back to Phoenix to get my rig from the shop. Got my TAH and hitched a ride back from a new driver that I picked up to bring him to his rig out in Phoenix. Cool kid, frustrated with some things like the qualcomm but I told him he will eventually get use to it. If I didn't talk to drivers that have been with SNI for awhile, I wouldn't of relaxed as I am now. They really scare the crap out of you in training. lol

I spent a year in the refrigerated hauling. You do get used to all the grocery warehouses and lumpers.

soooo, lemme get this straight. I have to meet your little score for bonus AND performance raises , as there are no longer annual raises.Ok, I'll play. My Qulacomm goes out , the new one you install has jacked up software parameters causing my overspeed to go through the roof and you arent sure they can or will back out the excessive overspeed from their equipment change? Or at least flag as a problem so I CAN be eligible?

I dont think asking to have the excessive removed to the level it was the day before 1st qcomm sh&& the bed is asking too much. I mean for a company that cares so much for the driver.

No company gives a dump about the driver, only that they see money coming in and the driver is being productive.

Girl, I know you want this $$$$.

thats about the best those old trucks will get.

Ask your dbl whats possible in that regard. Explain what the deal is.

I know if mine cant get something for me to correct this, its going up the chain. I have a good gig here on this dedicated at a lowish rate compared to the vet drivers on this account. I'd hate to leave as soon as my tuition reimbursement gets paid out in full. currently ave 90o a week. Just got a year in actively driving in Jan.
