    If the company has to violate federal labor laws in order for you "make money" then something is wrong.

    Same used to be true for sitting and waiting, you're not actually working why would they pay you? As you can see that is now out the window.

    It's going to get better than that how's this sound, "get paid for every hour you're in the truck, driving, sleeping, doesn't matter," hell of a line to get people through your driving school and on the hook for a few grand you know they can't pay, of course they won't tell you you're only going to make 7.50 an hour until after "school" is over.
