Do you have away to monitor manifold pressure? Like with ET or any kind of diag computer? I know you said you swapped the sensor, but maybe a wiring issue or just a bad part out of the box too (not uncommon too happen). I would also check that your getting 100% throttle range also.
    Hope this helps

Yes I have monitored boost from gauge, changed throttle sensor, swapped ecm for known working one, I got a cam on the way gonna be here tomorrow. Its a used 6nz cam hoping its gonna bring it to life. I have exhausted everything else possible. I know the low nox on the cam is a problem I just had a feeling I had something else going on as well. I will update when I get cam changed and then go from there.

Was the cam the issue? I'm looking to convert a acert to a single turbo.

Fuel blockage in head had some rubber in turned sideways and didn't have the full passage. Where it came from I don't know. Didn't change cam even though I bought one, but probably will change it later on. Truck runs great, smooth, lots of power, and about 6-6.8 for mileage. It was one of the worst nightmares I have ever worked on, but I had a nice feeling when it was done.
