Shifting during Turns..

    yes, I am a ware of that. Once someone gets his/her CDL, all bets from what the school does, are off.

    You don't. When we heard a truck doing that we all would turn to see who it was. It's called "Shot gunning" and there's no need. It a big broadcaster of a new driver.

    There's also a great reason that people who think they are trained right make crappy drivers.

    Get the basics first, turn the truck without distractions and then understand when to up shift during the turn, no need to do that as you need to start with the right skills and correct bad behavior in order for you to pass the road test.

    Like I said nothing sucks more for those around the truck then to have it stall in the middle of an intersection. Worse is when you get hit.
