Had mine for 9 years. I have switched radios a couple of times. But i have a vehicle kit in work truck and also my pick up and i have the boom box for home when i want to bbq or having a family outing. I currently have the ez plus i love it. Ff rw pause. And it has a feature that puts the music channels that are on memory on a mix like an ipod

Heck, I called in 3 years ago to stop service, They gave me three options during the coarse of the conversation to stay with them, it was 27$ for 5 months. Every time the 5 months is up I call to stop it and they offer that all over again and I take it. If they ever don't offer it I prob would not keep service as what they charge per month im just not interested in the service for that.

My Radio stays on Fox, CNN, MSNBC (Love listening to Prison shows and To catch a predator. Nothing hereing, Hi my name is John Hanson and you my friend are a idiot.) once in a blue moon I head over to Comedy Central or Blue Collar.

I'm still on the ledge regarding the sound quality of satellite radio. Amazon Prime, and Google Play both offer much more variety of songs and a "playlist" based on what you want to listen to with an uncanny accuracy regarding style and genre. the downside is data usage and cell reception.

I had a portable one but the extra cords to wrestle with is s pain. I use the one in dash now and it frees up an extra power outlet
