    I only listed the states I drove in.
    No clue about the registration stuff, you'd have to ask the place you got the registration at or call your DMV. But it really doesn't make sense to have to pay for all states and Canada if you wont potentially be visiting all of them.

    I was hoping for some clarification on this part:

    - FMCSA requires a driver qualification report to be made and kept on file at the company home address.

    If I have my own authority, and I'm the only driver, do I need to have this for myself? I talked to the New Entrant people a couple days ago, and they didn't mention it. It makes me wonder what else I might be missing.

    Hello I’m trying to start my own box truck business.. i still have to do all of The above to get started? If so can I do it all before getting a truck?
