Just poop in a Walmart bag and pee on the ground like the rest of the slobs do. Walk into truck stop grab breakfast off the delicious roller grill and tear arse.

I’ll tell you right now a lot of that depends on how fast you can fall asleep. Some drivers out here are asleep before their head hits the pillow, unfortunately I’m not one of them. On average unless I’ve been up for about two days. It takes me 2 to 4 hours to fully fall asleep. I’ve been this way my whole life. One thing that helps is to get out as soon as I stop the truck and take a nice long walk so then a few hours later I feel more relaxed and I’ll fall asleep. Not sure if you’re getting out and doing something but it does help. Think about it you’ve been sitting all day and then you’re gonna go lay down. if you can force yourself to do something physically it helps.
I cook all my meals on the truck. I absolutely refuse to eat any truckstop food. So I’ll spend about an hour unwinding doing this generally, I aim for about 5 to 6 hours of sleep. That’s about the best I can get during a 10 hour break. What you do with those other hours is up to you. Manage is early, if You’re one of the people who needs more than 5 to 6 hours of sleep, you best get your stuff done as quickly as possible and get in that bunk. 10 hours sounds like a lot, but it goes by real quick.Crude Truckin', Rideandrepair, tscottme and 2 others Thank this.
