So, How Difficult is the Heart Rate Tests at the Beginning of School

Its sufficient, it works well and only takes a few seconds to get a read. There was another at my walmart too that was able to take a constant read however you had to wear a cheat strap.

Well, I'm not too worried about it besides the step test. The most that I've seen in the last 24 hours was 144 bpm with some decent moving. However I was planning on trying the step test to see what I got from that, might still try it too if they don't even do the test just to see.
