Basicly he threatened to run my hours if I weren't willing to run night ,ran without working trailor lights , would run without starting his clock , and told me of I had a problem then quit,do I did. But now I can't find anyone to hire me and its making me act childish and seek revenge

Im thinking I shouldnt cause any trouble because whats the point but I just don't know

Who would you report your past trainer to?Without solid evidence its your word against his.So why isn't no one hireing you?People have trouble with trainers all the time and can find other employment.Unless there is more to this story then what you're telling us keep applying someone will hire you.But you'll have to go thru training again and this time if you have problems tell your company and they'll set u up with another trainer.

Give you some free advice ..When putting in application's , go to the companies in person if possible , it's much easier to tell someone no over the net , or the phone , than it is to sit and discuss employment opportunities with them in person. You might even impress them enough by taking the time to do that and get hired. It's old fashioned I know....but the old way still works. Good Luck.......... might help if you put your location in your profile too.....there are probably folks on the site here that could hook you up with a couple of prospects.

    From a few days ago . . .

You people read so much more than there is to what I type ,I'm done posting on this forum..

Quick recap - the company was Western Express, enough said.

My best advice - put some serious effort into applying at other companies, I thought you said US Express had offered you employment?

You could either invest your time into reporting W.E. to the DOT, FMCSA, local news media, Consumer ripoff reports, Twitter, Facebook etc . . . . OR . . . . invest your time into your future and learn from your experience.

Good luck to you either way.

when your in the beginning of training you should be the only driver
and the trainer should be beside you
    TRAINING YOU
not using you to gain miles while he sleeps
and 8 weeks later you have learned to drive forward
    and pee in a cup

You shouldn't have that to worry about...if the trainer isn't sitting in the right seat to train you it isn't a training program , you're being used a co-driver....that isn't training. That's a company taking advantage of you. Don't fall for that crap.

Make sure to start recording and documenting all conversations with whatever company you choose to work for next. Always keep records of communications, that way it will be easy to cover yourself and have a stack of evidence if you wish to file suit.
