Yeah, I've had much less guitar practice since I started training.

I have a buddy who says, "I'm not a truck driver, I'm an unemployed musician!"

There are a bunch of us unemployed musicians out here...

I had to switch from Alltel to Verizon when they bought them and said my plan wouldn't change. Well after a few years it totally changed. On straight talk now and for my truck the tmobile hot spot is perfect unless you plan on watching alot of netflix etc.

Off time for me is mostly consumed by housekeeping. Laundry, scrub the floor, patch a tarp. Or just piss it away on the internet. :p

I suppose the internet isn't so bad if it creates memories.

Those musician jobs are much harder to get than a CDL.

I could never get around quality bandmates of my taste. By the time I was good enough to write by myself, I had to stuff my hair under a hat and get in a truck. I'm looking at buying a truck, when I do that I'm going to put my AxeFX rack in it, with my monitors. Only way to get quality tones at low volumes. And bring a bass along, I can at least enjoy my music,,,, ID hate to think how rusty my bass playing is right now, right hand is all out of shape. Picks don't quite get the desired attack I like.

I almost always do a 34 hour reset while a home. But during down times, like waiting to be unloaded, or waiting for a new dispatch, I read; books, magazines, and forms, like TTR.
