I don't tell the company anything until the case is settled and then only if I'm found guilty.
Warning tickets are nothing and I'd never report that. I've had a couple or so of those and throw them away.

So many driver on this forum tell the safety department everything about themselves, then wonder why they were fired.

Ok, if that's true, then tell your wife about all that nasty stuff you did before you met her. If you're totally honest, then tell her.
