So... what's the best advice to succeed?

    Well the best advice is staying positive with your employer and build up a good resume. Dont come in and cry about every load or condition just do your job and try to stay positive after a few years due to the extreme shortage of drivers out there you may wanna consider working for a ltl company possibly doing line haul at least that way your home everyday you have a life and the pay is generally from 65k to 100k a year with full benifits but do your research some ltl's are crap companys to work for trust me I spent 5 years at one that I wish I could have had those 5 years back
