One of my favorites is the Richard that’s not really paying attention or deeking with the digital device poking along at 59 mph. That is until you go to pass, then they find the throttle pedal and drag race to the governor.
So you NEED to pull over to the side of the road?

Yesterday I was westbound over Donner Pass at close to 80K gross. FIVE times there were brain dead "professional" drivers pulling out into stacked up traffic:
From no room to get up to highway speed but I JUST GOT TO PULL INTO THE LANE OF TRAVEL AT 5 MPH!!!???
Most of those either bypassed an obvious off ramp that would have given them a full on ramp to merge, or for some reason thought parking in front of the construction zone was a good idea.
Too many drivers today had STUPID mommas.
Then today I am eastbound over Tehachapi Pass. These weren't drivers on the side of the road, these were drivers deciding to yank over into the passing lane on an 8% uphill going 35 mph into my 55 mph!!!??? Did you not clean your mirrors during your pretrip? -
