Over the years I've had a few of them. Now I'm not a machinist or anything like that so I'm not looking for the most ultimate precise measurements. But I have found them to be accurate.

Stupid things like the battery cover fell off one and I lost the battery and I just ended up buying another set. One I bought wouldn't slide properly and I had to take it back and get another set. But I use mine all the time.

But at any rate if you have calipers that will give you the right measurement to get the right socket.

If you haven't done it before it just make sure to follow the right procedure for how you torque the bearings and check them.

    PE_T Thanks this.

    OTC axle Nut sockets....

I have 3 1/4 8 point outer nut on trailer and 6 point 3/3/4 inner nut. On my Truck is 4 1/8 I believe...

Go get the Stemco Single locking nut - Those things are awesome- They have an orange Locking collar thats better than the old locking washer that you bend over the nut.
