The O/P "complained" about her first mentor, then shortly went onto a second mentor's truck. That one didn't work out either, so she "complained" again. Now, she is on her third mentor, which puts the lie to your statement.

There is a major difference between complaining because you don't like your mentor, and complaining about your mentor being unsafe/not following company policy.

 

Maybe driver7702003 should be on the phone with Driver Services in Ocala and ask whether he will be going out with the same mentor, a different mentor or if he has a job. Looking at the timing of it, I would guess he's just being sent home for Thanksgiving so he doesn't have to spend the holiday in his mentor's truck, parked in some truck stop, on some street somewhere or at the terminal. I was terminnated that is what the dm told me this morning the mentor told them i just left he lied and if i had he would have run out of legal hrs on fri i drove all day sat he also said i had talked about quitin i did not he was a joke the problem i had was sitting in that truck in his yard for 4 days for thanksgiveing then i asked about a motel i could stay in he said that the was not gone have me stay in a motel so i called my dm and now i am home yes i was terminated

 

Is running 2 log books and swerving all over the road good enough to coplain about

 

I got a new mentor and every thing is fixed they said they misunder stood what i was trying to do as far as my mentor goes
