    Wyoming was nice, easy to work with their IRP / IFTA office (very low pop state)
    No sales tax on commercial vehicles leased to a carrier.
    No income taxes.

    Real Estate taxes can be a bit spicy, personal vehicle registration also quite expensive.

    No wealth tax (Personal Property Tax....thanks Missouri....)

    IRP pretty much the same everywhere.

    Property there is all over the place price wise, if its a nice area you are going to pay for it.

    Crap areas in high desert can get cheap.

    Some cheapish homes can be found as well in the towns/cities.

    If you are not going to live there, there are many registered agents based there, offices you can rent a portion of, even get an in state phone number...

    Not sure how their corporate law is though.

    Business taxes also super low.
