Thanks for the many leads Chinatown! I am content to use a CPAP machine, however at the moment I haven't been formally diagnosed with sleep apnea so I don't have the machine in my possession. I have an appointment in the near future at the UKY sleep clinic (it was requested more than a month ago so I've been waiting awhile) that is covered under my current insurance and if/when they diagnose me I presume I can acquire the CPAP machine and start using it. The problem is that none of this will be complete when I've completed my testing and gotten my CDL license. Thus, if I go to a company that requires the sleep test, for example Averitt, then there is a decent chance I would be found to have sleep apnea and sent home until I could prove I had been using a CPAP machine. It is kind of a catch 22 for now that limits my choices somewhat, but with these leads maybe I can find something good. Thanks again!
