   I had one of those "power filters" on my CB. Worked good to keep buzz out of the radio from heater/a.c.fan. I don't recall any noise from the strobe, although I may have just squelched it out...

   My strobes are LED, there is no motor in them. Maybe that is why they do not affect the CB radio.
