Carry a few bucket fulls of sand that'll do the job.

Put her up against the horse vs tractor situation. The up keep on that right there I would guess could get very pricey. A bucket of kitty litter or ashes couldn't do what see could but dang they sure would cost less even in a short run let alone year round. For those who don't understand horse vs tractor because they have never been there. Feed a horse year round no matter how much you use it. Feed the tractor only while using it.adayrider Thanks this.

If she comes along with the shovel in a package deal, then I'm buying two of 'em...

Kitty litter is made from clay. It will turn into a slippery mess if you have trouble getting out before midnight and it reverts to a pumpkin.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Okay but they may or may not be compatible. Furthermore they may get along fine together for a while then one day all hell breaks loose between them. But it’s your call. They come from the farm intact but you might at least consider getting one or both of them spayed. This makes them more manageable and less costly in the long term.Last edited: Dec 1, 2018

Sand, and kitty litter, and ash, and all that other stuff is fine to get you out of a slick spot.
But if the whole yard is mud or slush you'll probably spin out and get stuck again.
Just throw on a set of singles and see if that works for you. -
Not to mention, upkeep is very expensive.Lepton1 Thanks this.

You can rent out to help cover expenses.
