So if a student has an accident going to or from school the school district should be held liable , right ?

Were they kicking in doors and searching people's houses within 1000 feet of the school while they were at work too? I mean, there might be guns in there!

I think if this was to go to court the school would lose. I just cant see how the school can rule when its not on school property, i think this is going way to far.

I don't know what is worst, the school expelling someone for something off school property or the fact the school has and is using sniffing dogs to search property off school grounds......

Yea i think the school can be sued for that, what would have happened if it would have been one of the neighbors cars parked close to the school? would they still make a big fuss out of nothing? The schools are going way to far now days.

Fire up the black helicoptors and call the black-booted thugs! We have to search every house within 1 mile of every school b/c I KNOW there are guns and drugs and many other things that CHILDREN could be harmed by!
UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE, you wont mind the intrusion into your home. After all, we are just trying to keep the children SAFE! Only those people who have guns or drugs are going to complain the loudest, so search their houses first!
Have I made my point yet?
Once we start down this road of repealing peoples' freedoms, where will it take us?
I don't know but I'm sure it will be a place I don't want to live in anymore!
Have a good day, future Comrades!

That's funny, the principal whining about his precious authority being stepped on. What an arse.
