I have an early 710 (V0.0), that was updated two weeks ago. I was going to update the maps, but it said I needed at least an 8G Micro SD. I ordered a 32G Kingston Micro SD card. It was on sale for less than a 16G. It's a class 10 /HC1. The 710 doesn't recognize it.

Is there a size/type restriction on the 710? Or doesn't the older 710 support the Micro SD? I have other devices than can use the SD, so it's not going to waste.

    Thanks for any help.

Well.. I didn't have the card in far enough, oops. The card is recognized, but when I hit Next and it starts initializing, that goes on for about 30 seconds, and then the dock disappears / closes. I just updated the dock software and the TND710 software two weeks ago. What is happening?

I looked online for help with similar issues. Apparently the port is going bad. Plugged the TND in to the front panel (USB 2.0) and the dock stayed up and is allowing the download and transfer of files. Weird because I updated the TND's firmware fine a couple weeks ago using that same back port. Can't wait until it finishes.

The screen on my 730 sure does scratch easy. Anyone know any tips/tricks to remove scratches?

PM me and let me remote into you computer to see what the Dock and the 710 is doing. Make sure the 32gb is formatted Fat 32.

    Thanks,
    mark

Not really... use a screen protector.

What are you using on the screen? I have used various objects and do not get the scratches.

    Thanks,
    Mark

How's that software fix, so you can turn junction view back on without it locking up, coming along, seems to be taking forever.

    Thanks

I cannot speed QA up, but I will ask when they think they will release.

Are you somewhere stopped where I can remote into your computer? 4g is okay, but 3g is painful on Wi-Fi, if you are at home then that is for the better?

    Thanks,
    Mark
