update - you do have LTM, but the system shows you docked on 2/1. The LTM's were released on 2/5. Suggest you dock again and see if LTM are available.

Do the map update first, then the regular update.

If you do the regular update first it will see the older maps and not update to the latest version.

Just hooked to dock and it says my device is up to date.

No it does not.

 

I have been in touch with CS. They suggest you call them and let them try to figure the issue out.
