    OK then...both of you...status quo!

Mentoring isn't always the answer! Not when they charge $.05 cpm to have the "honor" of wearing the shirt...(almost typed in ####r...Freudian slip?)...and you need a good tax man to connect the wording in the Mentor's addendum to your contract to a "loss" on your books!

thats why i'll never be a mentor. i have to PAY to train a future swift driver and have the student on my truck? i'm PAYING the student's paycheck (basicly) for swift, then when the miles for the month click over 11k, i kick in another .09cpm (that comes off the balloon SHOULD i complete the lease) and who cares about the shirt. I wouldn't wear the stupid blue shirt anywhere i went. Only those guys/gals who wear that shirt do so because it helps stroke their ego.

I saw a mentor the other day in Edwardsville in the morning. Those that work for swift, will know of the "stop the flop" campaign? Yeah, this guy was wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and an unbuttoned mentor shirt...wearing flops. I walked up to him, asked "your a mentor?" he said "yep...sure am".. I look at his feet.....look back and ask "you're a mentor?" "yep"...look back at his feet......and just gave a "huh...nice"...and left. I know he didn't get it.
