Just got this text from Swift. I have not worked for them in 2 years. Like everybody else, they are looking for drivers! I'm very happy where I am, but, it is nice to be wanted! Lol:biggrin_25523:

The good old storage network. I was just explaining to my sister in law something similar on how our information & connections (friends family even enemies) is being profiled & stored. Those cell phones are not just phones anymore. Truth be total & not hearsay everything is being profiled about you & me. The algorithms they have designed are doing just that. I'm watching you:rolleyes::rolleyes:

been retired 2 yrs now,(full time,1 yr), and my company of 10 yrs called begging me to come back. lol

"name your hours!!" "1 day a week??" " we need somebody who can just grab a trailer and go without all the hand holding"

I did decline, couldn't talk myself in getting back out there and driving local with all the idiots. lol

I gave it to them as a joke. Sorry I was a little drunk when I did it.

My favorite was when a shipper or receiver really rubbed me wrong, i’d write down their name & figure out their extension number if any then fill out a Jb Hunt app online with their info.

Jb was worst at one time for the constant barrage of recruiting phone calls.

I found my current job through a staffing agency about a year and a half ago. Any time we have an open driver position, the same staffing agency will send me texts about the job.
