no problem, I used those practice test and would do each site a couple times a night and I passed my first try. Did you also read the DMV book?

Awesome! I did not know that. I'm not sure where that electrical switch is in this truck but I can access the QC black box pretty easily from my side compartment door. I'll do this next time. Thanks!

Great idea about the soda can. Mine is starting to darken a little. I've been using the pans with some foil lined inside. This thing heats up quick. I've been looking for additional pans in Walmart but haven't found them yet. I'll keep my eye out for them

I'm in a '12 Cascadia. The electrical cutoff switch is next to the drivers seat, on the floor just as you open the door. I discovered this right off when I first got the truck and it wouldn't start, had to ask the shop how to start it and they pointed me to the ECS. It's advised to turn it off if you leave the truck for a few days to reduce drain on the batteries.

    Grijon and DocWatson Thank this.

On the Volvo, with the door closed, look under the driver's door, it's about 6 inches back from the step.

Edit...I should have said on the newer Volvos.

    DocWatson Thanks this.

I haven't found my shut off switch yet but I'll keep looking. I'll ask the mechanics next week in Richmond when I take my home time if I don't locate it by then. Good to know where that switch is.
