Switching from Covenant to TMC, will Covenant hit my DAC?

DAC and safety department are career ruining jerksj
I have a totally bogus preventable on my record and the safety supervisor won't give me the time day despite my proof. Safety believed my owner operator trainer saying I hit a median, which I didn't, in order to ensure our company paid for his flat. They would have paid if he told the truth, that we don't know what caused it. He corrected his statement mid sentence because I yelled but safety kept the median B.S.

 

I would finish the 2 months out to be free financially. Then I would let Covenant know I'm leaving for a better opportunity and be a peace with your decision. Apply at the companies that have what you're looking for. Let them tell you if they will hire or not. So you know how to proceed. All the best to you.

 

KLLM on their site says no more than 2 preventable so I applied there just waiting for a call and stuff, if so I’ll jump to them

 

Im curious as to what your "preventable" accidents were?
